Project Exploration and Quotation
Each and every project we do at River End is unique and differ in so many ways. This is why we will take the time to listen to your needs, discuss all the available
options and work out a game plan on how we can help you achieve your goals. Once we have this we will outline the agreed upon plan and most importantly stick to the plan!
The quotation is used not only as a means of defining all the expectations but it is also used as a measure of success and a guide for implementation. What we do differently
at River End is we will break down your quotation into smaller chunks. Working with such
intangible products this helps define the timeline at the same time as breaking down
the sections making the overall project a much more affordable process.

Code and Strategy design and documentation
Code and strategy design is basically a fancy way to say we will provide you with our plan and stick to it. Just like the old adage says 'Measure
once and cut twice'
by carefully planning out the work before it is planned we will be able to
foresee most issues before they arrive and again give a more measurable list of goals and timelines.

Goal orientated and material driven timeline
The idea of taking a small, medium or large project and breaking it down into manageable sections is not a new one. What is a breathe of fresh air for the client is the
ability
to pay for your project in smaller more manageable pieces as they are started and completed.
Before each project is started a timeline is created. This timeline is based on goals within the project as well as dates for the client to follow and use as a reminder of
any materials or information that they are responsible.
Completing a timeline within the projected timeline means we can schedule your start dates, completion dates and launch dates much more
accurately. It also ensures that each
project will receive it's rightly deserved undivided attention.

Testing, review and he finishing Touches
All projects build at River End Consulting are thoroughly tested using the most up to date web browsers and technologies. Once we have completed our round of testing development
links will be sent out to the client (and test groups for larger projects) for their testing. All feedback is considered and changes to the site are completed. Once all outstanding
issues have been dealt with a time is scheduled with the client to review the work provided and the
finished project. Once that has taken place the development part of the project
is then signed off.

So your new website is now up is that it?
Unfortunately not. If it were that simple all websites would make their owners millions a year, however with the proper maintenance your website will get the right attention from search engines and your target market.
During the quotation process your client representative from River End would have discussed the many options we have for web site maintenance and continued
promotion. In order to have your web site indexed in the top search engines you will need to continually grow your website. This includes content such as tips or articles, photo galleries,
a blog or news section. These are just some of the ideas to continually add more information and even better more reasons for visitors to return to your web site often.
River End has created ways for you to do this on your own using one of our custom systems or we also have talented marketing and copy writers to help keep your web site
